The Michelin Guide 2024 gala took place in Barcelona on Sunday 28th December. The Auditori del Fòrum witnessed that the two Michelin-starred restaurants of Ulldecona, Les Moles (2014-2024) and l’Antic Molí (2017-2024) have retained the distinction for another year.
The two establishments, led by Jeroni Castell and Vicent Guimerà, have also revalidated the Green Star for their great commitment to sustainable practices and the circular economy.
